These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xedge Performance website and application (the "Service"), operated by Xedge Performance ("we", "us", "our").

By signing in, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xedge Performance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the integrity, security, or availability of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
