Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Xedge Performance ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and services at xedgeperformance.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

When you sign in with Google Authentication, we receive basic profile information from your Google Account — typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information to create and manage your Xedge Performance account.

When you submit a contact or partner enquiry form, we also collect the details you provide directly (such as your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message).

2. How we use your data

We use your personal information strictly for authentication, account management, and the core functionality of the application — including responding to enquiries.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising profiling of any kind.

3. Google API Services disclosure

Xedge Performance's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account or any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing mike@xedgeperformance.co. We will action verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including row-level security on our database and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all traffic to and from the site.
